Videos are 20 minutes and I share meditations using different techniques to quiet and focus the mind for transformation and purification, and awakening. One meaning of YOGA is absolute meditation, i.e. yoga citta vrtti nirodha. Yoga is the absolute cessation of the activities of the mind. Sometimes we do raja yoga: meditation with a mantra or object. Sometimes we do nada yoga: use of mantra, sound and vibration, i.e. music. Sometimes we do anapana: breath and sensation awareness. A quiet mind is the source of joy and strength in this life. I will help you get there! PRO TIPS: You will need to sit comfortably. I suggest a meditation cushion or chair. Make sure the spine is upright with the head, neck and trunk of your body in a line. Meditation is best done with eyes closed or you may have them more than half-closed. Meditation is best done at the same time each day and in a clean and distraction-free zone. It is also best to meditate before a meal. The more empty your stomach, bladder and colon, the better the results.
