Oh how i've missed practicing with you! I just my lunch hour while working from home- and this is perfect. Its that right balance of asana and pranayama - if only I could get my kids to shut up during savasana. Oh well, im still yogahappyhigh
Sun salutations followed by basic standing postures followed by some seated postures, core exercises ending in breath-work and guided meditation or relaxation. You'll need a yoga mat, couple yoga blocks and a strap or belt, plus a meditation pillow or something comfortable to sit on.. a sturdy chair will also do.
breathe consciously and follow the feel good. modify when needed. take your time. it's ok to take breaks. leave better than when you started! take at least 12 classes in one month and you will notice an amazing difference!
