45 min vinyasa yoga (breath based yoga with variations of postures) classes for all levels, ending with some breathing exercises or meditation integrated into the practice. This is authentic yoga for many levels of health and wellness, not just fitness yoga. Do what you can and modify anything that hurts. Discomfort is ok. If you come out of a pose and pain persists, you were hurting yourself. If you come out of a pose and the discomfort fades into pleasure, you did it right. FOR BEST RESULTS: You'll want a non-slip yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, a yoga strap or TranBand prop, a comfortable seat (cushion or chair). Empty your bladder and bowels before yoga and eat nothing 2 hours before, drink nothing 1 hour before. My intention is to start promptly so please be ready to go!
